My favorite things to do with time are eating out with the kids, playing cards with friends, and hanging out with my friends. My favorite time to do this is when my husband and I walk up the stairs and I go out the door after hours to take a walk with him.
After a while, I realize that I’m not the only one who’s got a hard time with time. I have a hard time with the idea that time isn’t very exciting.
For a lot of us, it is hard to picture being happy when we’re having trouble with time. We tend to think that if you don’t have a lot of time to do something, you will never get it done. We also tend to think that time is not a very big deal. But in reality, we are living with a lot of time.

The present moment is when you are conscious and aware of yourself. That’s why we have our brain at work in that moment. What is the difference between internal time and present time? Present time is when you’re aware of yourself and your thoughts, and your movements. Internal time is when you know yourself but you are not conscious of your actions. Internal time is the time you think about yourself. Present time is the time you think about your thoughts.
